Welcome to Marudam Crafts Week 2024!

*On Wednesday, 15th November, the last day of the craft week, there will be sharing and thanks-giving. We will disperse right after lunch.*

Please ensure you register at the registration counter upon arrival to get an introductory round of the space. Prior information is required if guests would like to have lunch during their visit.

• Well and Residential Areas: Strictly OUT OF BOUNDS. Kindly stay within the dedicated craft week area.
• Lunch: Served in shifts starting at 12:30. Artisans and younger children will be served first. Snacks will be served from 4:00 pm onwards.
• Gym Floor: The gym area is out of bounds during craft hours. Avoid scratching the mud floor or using sharp objects. Gymnastic equipment (like mattresses) must not be taken without supervision.
• Drinking Water: Available in bubble tops at various locations and tap water at ARS (potable).
• Toilets: Use pit-loos whenever possible:
  • 2 pit-loos for males
  • 2 pit-loos for females behind the swing area

Additional flush toilets for females are available—clarify locations during the introductory round.

  Cloth pads will be available for purchase in the office.
* **Garbage**: Please help us segregate waste. Avoid bringing plastic into the campus and take any garbage with you when leaving.
* **Parking**: All guest parking is outside the gate.

• No Photo Policy: Do not take photos/videos during ongoing craft activities. Special permission may be granted upon request.
• Phone Usage: Not allowed in craft spaces. Use phones only in designated phone usage zones.

Do not upload photos or tag names on social media during your stay.

• Climbing Wall: Climbing beyond the upper red line is prohibited without a harness.

Climbing on school buildings is not allowed.

• First Aid: A kit is available in the old office. A sick room is located next to the new office.
• Valuables: Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
